The C. MICHAEL LAY TECHNOLOGY CENTER, formally known as The Technology Instruction, Technical Assistance & Network Services (TITANS) building, houses the Technology Department and is located at 13020 Scott Highway, Helenwood TN 37755 (across from the Helenwood Post Office.)

Though serving in the past in a variety of roles (hardware store, Roane State's Scott County campus, the original Alternative School, and ROTC), the C. MICHAEL LAY TECHNOLOGY CENTER has been transformed into the central hub for all network and server-based services for the school district. Technology offices, storage, distribution, and repair centers encircle the central Infinity Room, a technology-based multifunctional event center which transforms in minutes to meet any needs.
