The TITLE V program (TITLE IA Regulations) (Formerly TITLE 6) is an education initiative designed to address the unique needs of rural school districts.

These districts frequently lack personnel and resources needed to compete for federal competitive grants and often receive formula allocations that are too small to be used effectively for their intended purposes. Title V follows the rules and regulations of TITLE IA.  The 2018-19 TITLE V allocation for the Scott County School system is $53,567.47
